Hmmm: Could be a lymph node could be a tonsil could be part of your neck. It would be nice to have a look. Please get checked out.

Must be examined: This is not a good question for online. A "bump" can not be diagnosed online. Usually small bumps are lymph nodes (normal glands) or collections of fat. If it doesn't go away in a couple of weeks, see a doctor.
