Kidney: It is hard to tell with such a brief description. Have you been have pain with urination? This could be kidney pain. Have you been diagnosed with mono lately? This could be spleen pain. Have you been excersising or lifting something? This could be back strain. Have you eaten some gassy food? This could be gas pain.
