Head aches: Do you have any history of alcohol or substance abuse? Any history of anxiety, depression or mental illness? Its highly unlikely that you are having TIAs; however, its possible you may have migraines or migraine equivalents triggered by a sympathetic surge after exertion. Please see your doctor and refrain from sexual activity or physical exertion that trigger your disabling symptoms.
