Not unpasteurized: There is no clear statement on honey use in pregnancy except what is the same for most foods: know your source. Foods can be contaminated in ways the consumer does know about. Probably: it is probably safe for the pregnant mother to consume honey by and infant under 1 year of age should not be exposed to honey due to the risk of botulism
