Frequent urination. abdominal pain. urine culture negative. back of tongue yellow w/ bumps. what could this be?

Frequency: Do you have any other history of chronic medical conditions or take medications? Assuming you are otherwise perfectly healthy, I am suspicious of the negative urine culture and would repeat it as your sx are highly suggestive of UTI. yellow tongue may be bacterial glossitis, or liver/gallbladder disease which would include skin and eye yellowing as well.
