???: If you are a man and have trouble with erection the Urologist would ask general question about your health, sexual history, when problem first started, might do a genital exam & even a prostate exam, and obtain some blood test & imaging. The most common cause of painful erection is Peyronie disease which patches of scar tissue (fibrous plaques) develop and that could cause deformity of penis.

Penis hast grown for years (3.9 in. erect) and is very numb. Im healthy but do have hypothyroidism. Testosterone and erections are normal. Have only ever ejaculated from wet dreams. I know I should see urologist but please send any possible answer?
