911 Now if Sudden: Sudden onset vomiting and dizziness in a 73 yo is potentially a medical emergency since it could signal the onset of a brain bleed. If vomiting is sudden, heavy, and she has headaches you MUST go to ER by 911 route due to the possibility of stroke. If she's had this for a few days and not as severe then, hydration and see doc in morning.
