Normal: You are very young to be using hormones this way. Can you please give me more information as to why you are using these hormones. The most effective way to regulate your menstrual cycles are to use birth control pills. If you do not like to use birth control pills, then take Estradiol valerate daily and take Medroxyprogesterone acetate 10 days every month. This ratio works better. Good Luck!
