DEA: This is a very good question. The DEA is really interested in drug misuse, abuse and diversion. As such they will control in part your treatment. The people that are really the problem is the Insurance company (including the Government) - they decide what and how much you can get. None of this is based on quality but purely on "cheap" - they are between the doctor and the patient.
