What's frequent?: You'd be amazed how differently people define frequent. Current general rule is that <15 H/A days/mo is "sporadic" & >15 is "chronic." If you have H/A's for 3 yr without changes, the chances of the H/A's being due to something "bad" drop to no more than someone without H/A's. Meaning you could have a brain tumor, but the chances are no greater for you than for someone with no H/A's at all.
