No: If she was treated, and has been tested since to ensure eradication of infection, then you are at no risk. If she did not complete treatment, if she did not get retested to make sure the infection cleared, if she got reexposed to chlamydia after she was treated, then you both are at risk. And of course, are you sure you can't bring chlamydia into the relationship from a prior partner?
