Balantitis: Aaron, that should not be too harsh. I would avoid getting inside the opening of the urethra. If it does not start working in 2-3 days, I would con side seeing my doctor for some oral medication. Make sure you keep things as clean and dry as you can. Also make sure your partner has been treated.
