No: that defeats the purpose. The colon cleanse is supposed to cleanse the colon. If you eat while on the cleanse, you're undoing what the cleanse is doing. You stop eating before starting the cleanse. You resume eating and drinking after the colon test or whatever other reason for the cleanse.
