Yes: For patients with genotype 2 or 3. Sofosbuvir is the first FDA approved all oral therapy for Hepatitis C. Contact your doctor and insurance carrier to explore options. Note very costly currently.

Yes: It can...but better still Harvoni has a 96% cure rate with 8-12 weeks of treatment with minimal side effects.
