Depends: Mono effects people in differing intensities and features. The primary worry for some is contact sports, due to enlargement of the spleen, that could rupture in a fall or contact. If your spleen did not enlarge or if it has returned to normal size it would be fine to return to workouts at the intensity you can tolerate. You will want to see your doc and verify this before doing so.
