Breastfeeding: In the first couple of months of life, you and the baby are both adjusting to breastfeeding. Also, the young baby tends to use mom's breast as a pacifier for soothing as well as nourishment. Try to limit the nursing to 20 minutes each side every 2-3hours. Good Luck :)

Don't be pacifier: Babies can use you for nutrition or a pacifier or both. They get 80% of what is there in 5 and 90% in 10 min.Anything beyond 15 is nurturing/pacifier duty.Get a pacifier & realize you can put baby down or carry it in a snugly, just not on the breast when you need to get stuff done.Natural spit ups do increase with age &peak in some about 4 mo. Enjoy all your babies & don't let baby control you
