Life: Brain power is enhanced by exercise, reading, listening to music, yoga, being socially active and having a healthy diet. All of these are scientifically proven to have cognitive benefits. Some limited studies have linked rosemary aroma to enhanced memory but these are small and not statistically significant. Similar limited data is available for green tea, ginseng, lemon balm and multivitamins.
