See your surgeon: I would need much more clinical information on the pain, where it is located, pain quality, pain frequency, what causes the pain, etc. Was the surgery performed to relieve pain? A normal CT scan is good, but does not help the pain. Many things can cause pain. See your surgeon for an evaluation.
