MS itching: Itching can be problematic in patients with Multiple Sclerosis and results from immune attack on the coating of the nerves which can lead to strange sensations. Over the counter creams may not work. You need to see your physician for treatment

Itching not MS: Need to evaluate what medications you are taking, and even whether you have a contact dermatitis due to detergent or fabric. MS doesn't cause itching or rashes, but allergies, chemicals, and medications do cause such items.
