Sinus congestion: In most cases, this symptom is related to sinus congestion. When your sinus passages are not open, they cannot equalize pressure well, so when your head is down, the pressure increases. You can try a decongestant to help alleviate these symptoms. If you are having prolonged fevers, infection can cause this. Allergies can also cause these symptoms.

BLOOD PRESSURE/SINUS: Well when you bend down blood can rush to your head so check blood pressure. Also may need to get sinuses checked. See your physician for a checkup is your best bet.
