Most likely: You can produce plenty of sperm with just one testicle to father a child. Many men have only one for a variety of reasons, and still have great families. The only way to know for sure is to have a sperm count done on his ejaculate and see if viable sperm are present. Do not risk a pregnancy with unprotected sex at your age because you think he may not be fertile.
