Not really any: Many drugs come as different salts, but the active ingredient is the same. The salt rarely causes any differences in the activity of the primary ingredient, but may sometimes alter the potency (the dose you need), or the absorption. Often the differences are only for the purpose of patenting a "different" chemical to be marketed.
