Yes.: I have to guess almost every day in my office, and I suspect that there will be a legitimate treatment fairly soon, because lots of people are working on it, and there's a lot of money to be made. With all the money that people spend now on dubious treatments and outright frauds, imagine what they would spend on a legitimate treatment! How soon it will happen is anybody's guess.
