Chest tightness: Chest tightness after you eat is most likely something such as Gastroesophageal reflux. You can try over the counter medications such as Zantac (ranitidine) or Omeprazole. However if you have risk factors for heart disease such as obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease, you should go to the urgent care of ER do make sure you are not have a heart attack
