Eltronix: This is levothyroxin the synthetic replacement for thyroid hormone used in people who are hypothyroid. I would not be very concerned about a one time dose of 200 mcg, I doubt she will have any side effects from this one dose. It is possible she may feel a little shaky or warm for the next one or two days, but again I suspect she will notice no untoward effects.
