Cooking with wine: Cooking with wine will not harm the fetus as the alcohol in the wine is vaporized out. The alcohol content of wine is low anyway, and after boiling wine for 5 minutes all of the alcohol in the wine is boiled off. So, you are safe. I still would avoid alcohol for the remainder of the pregnancy, even after the first trimester as alcohol can change the salt concentration in the bloodstream.

Depends: Cooking reduces the alcohol content in varying amounts depending on how hot & how long the process is. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooking_with_alcohol The amount that you consumed is still unlikely to be much, unless you used a liter of wine & drank/ate it all at one go. No one knows how much alcohol is safe in pg so don't keep doing it but I wouldn't panic about this ONE TIME use.
