Stomach pain.: Location matters. Triggers matter. If upper right, could be gall bladder. If mid abd, could be pancreas or peptic ulcer. If mid abd, could be small intestine gas. If right lower, could be appendix. If lower left left, could be diverticulitis. What triggers or relieves matters too.
