Any of many things: If you had a period two days ago, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. You may have had a viral infection, ate bad food, or reacting to some other stimulus. Doing a pregnancy test will not do any harm, just make sure to follow the instructions properly and read it within the prescribed timeline.
