Hematochexia: Blood in stool reflect GI bleed. Bleeding usually from lower GI except in rapid GI transit time where it can come from upper GI. Common causes are Hemorrhoids internal or external, Inflammatory bowl disease, endomentriosis, rectal ulcers, ischemic colitis, malignancy etc... please go to ER or urgent care
