See a doctor: See your doctor for evaluation. Blood in the stool may sometimes come from the vagina. It is important to be exact with regards to the origin for treatment urposes

Hematochexia: Blood in stool reflect GI bleed. Bleeding usually from lower GI except in rapid GI transit time where it can come from upper GI. Common causes are Hemorrhoids internal or external, Inflammatory bowl disease, endomentriosis, rectal ulcers, ischemic colitis, malignancy etc... please go to ER or urgent care
