Will stress and anxiety cause any birth defects in pregnancy? i'm 3 and a half months pregnant. feel better now but now worried if baby is okay?

Yes and no: Stress or anxiety per se will not cause a birth defect. However if you do not take care of yourself, if you don;t rest, don't sleep, don't eat right, don't gain appropriate weight that can effect the baby and its growth. Make sure you have people you can talk to that can help you when in need. Best of luck with your pregnancy
