Maybe normal: People from their mid teens to mid thirties sometimes have a condition where their heart rate becomes very fast for 30 seconds to a few minutes. It may even cause some shortness of breath. Generally, this is not anything to be concerned about. Try eating more magnesium and potassium rich foods. this may help stabilize your heart rate.
