It's possible: As gastrointestinal side effects like constipation(seen in up to 5-8%) of patients on Zoloft, (sertraline) are rather common. If it continues to bother you, you should review this with your doctor. In the meanwhile, stay hydrated, active and try to be good about fiber intake to help with constipation.
