Be healthy: Instead of focusing on a particularly fertility diet focus on being healthy. Food wise that means focus on eating healthy: avoid trans fats, avoid skim milk as this seems to decrease fertility, eat whole grains, keep hydrated, keep up with a prenatal vitamins. Remember that a healthy weight is incredibly important to optimize hormonal balance. Otherwise be active, sleep well, minimize stress.
