No: There is no evidence that receiving an immunization has any adverse effect on contraceptive effectiveness, specifically the pill. Some antibiotics may, but not vaccines. The question suggests that you do not have confidence in your contraceptive method. If you are taking oral contraceptives exactly as directed contraception is high. Any more certainty involves abstinence.
