Not likely: At age 18 you are likely near your maximal height, and nothing can be done to change that.

Maybe: Puberty is a stage not an event. It can be as short as 2-3 years in some or extend 7 years in others.It begins with testicular enlargement in males which may go unnoticed. It ends when the growth centers have closed. At 18 if your growth centers are open (x-ray) and your bone maturity is at the level of a 14-15 yo you may may grow more, if closed, you are done.
