It is possible: Menopause would be very unlikely. A pregnancy test would confirm the diagnosis. If the pregnancy test is positive he should see a physician right away.

Symptoms: Hi. No symptom is specific for any one condition or disease, and likewise, no condition or disease can be diagnosed by a symptom. Pregnancy after a BTL is vanishingly rare, so that should not be assumed based on symptoms. 26 is very young for menopause, but certainly not impossible. However, pregnancy and menopause symptoms have little, if any, overlap. Not a bad idea to talk with your gyn.
