Go to ER if suicidal: Go to the nearest ER if you have suicidal thoughts or call 911. Sounds very frustrating but don't give up. Ask your PCP to refer you to another GI doctor or Call your health insurance customer care and request assistance with referral. A comprehensive history, physical exam and work up may be required in order to make the right diagnosis and institute proper treatment. Counseling for depression.
