Koshi ga itai: Best bet is to take it easy- avoid bending and especially bending and twisting but do not avoid routine activity. Use a once daily non steroidal anti inflammatory medication ( indomethacin, meloxicam, etc) consistently for 10-14 days. Saronpas or diclofenac patch can help as well.
