Please tell me what can you do for a lumbar strain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Conservative Rx: Generally these injuries are musculoligamentous and will heal fine on their own. Some early rest followed by physical therapy for core strength and flexibility exercises works well. Foam rollers can help with muscular strain. Also, yoga exercises can be very helpful.
