Go to the ER: You need to be checked for a condition called pulmonary embolism which mean a clot in your lungs. That's usually checked by getting more history and see if you are a high or low risk for pulmonary embolism. depending on the risk, you may get a blood test to rule out or a CAT scan of that chest. My advice to you is to go to the nearest emergency to get checked.
