Probably Yeast: possibilities of an allergic reaction to the drugs and fungal infections of the palm and soles need to be ruled out. If there is any blister formation on these areas and you have fever as well then viral infections should be investigated. My sincere advice is to consult a dermatologist as without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough.

Evaluation: Unfortunately without knowing the cause of the spots, it's difficult to suggest an intervention that will help. Remember there are many reasons to have dark spots on the palms, it can be due to bruises, benign nevi(moles), fungus(tinea nigra) or even more concerning lesions. Your best bet is to get these spots looked at in person.
