What can i do to relieve the pain i have in my shoulders, and biceps?

Need More Info: Please state the circumstances surrounding your pain-what you do to aggrevate, the character or the pain-aching, burning, stabbing, radiation (does it seem to move), what relieves it if anything, how long have you had it, were there injuries associated with the pain. Thanks!
