Need pelvic exam: If you are having a discharge and abdominal pain after having unprotected sex you need to see as doctor as soon as possible for a pelvic exam and some testing. Possibilities include ectopic pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection. If pain is severe then go to Emergency Dept. now as ectopic pregnancy is an emergency. If not severe be seen tomorrow for exam and testing.
