Not yeast. BV?: Not surprising yeast meds didn't help. Contrary to common beliefs, vaginal yeast infections typically cause little or no increased discharge -- mostly itching/irritation, sometimes scant thick discharge. Thin ("watery") white discharge often is bacterial vaginosis, especially w/ strong odor. (Yeast infections don't smell.) And STDs are more common in women w/ BV. Get care soon for diagnosis and Rx
