Goosebumps ? : Goosebumps are a normal skin reaction to cold, and hairs in your armpits are a sign of growing up. There is nothing you need to do about either situation, unless you like clean skin in your armpit, as many young girls do. You can safely remove the armpit hair by shaving (get your mom or aunt or friend that shaves to help you prepare for this). You don't need to do anything about 'chicken skin'
