Possible causes...: Before the days of the chicken pox vaccine, most people caught chicken pox, which are water blisters. The blisters break easily when rubbed or scratched. Chicken pox still happens, but is less common now. A doctor can look to see what the rash is, because other skin disorders can also cause similar watery pimples such as herpes, shingles, bacterial folliculitis, contact dermatitis, etc...
