Too big: Women should have a waist size of 33" or less, measured at the level of the navel. Higher measurements imply too much visceral fat, the most deadly & hardest to lose. Exercise, balanced diet with minimal saturated fat (animal products) & trans fat (deep fried foods) is the healthiest way to shrink the waistline.
