See urologist: Testicular cancer usually feels like a hard lump in the testicle. Only when such cancers are quite large are they evident just by looking at the scrotum. If you suspect you have testicular cancer, see a urologist promptly. The disease is usually curable. Don't rely on your own diagnostic skills. See a professional.

Testicular self-exam: Any new lump found on the testicles needs medical evaluation. Generally we expect the cancerous lumps to be hard in texture. If caught early prognosis is excellent so don't delay and see a urologist for complete evaluation. Be well!
