Any testicular mass : Need clinical evaluation and investigation to make sure it is not malignant , as you have it 'for few years ' it may not be , see your doctor now..

See you PCP: Painless testicular masses can be testicular cancer. Most are easily treated and highly curable. See your primary care physician for evaluation and referral to a urologist.
