Lots of things, not: Everything. You've not tried everything since you still have the problem. It is possible to avoid, reduce and manage anxiety. People do it all the time. They did it (maybe better) before the pharmaceutical revolution. You may need to learn from a good therapist what to watch for and how to do therapy. Sometimes proving how impossible it is makes it so. Wanting to feel better needs to matter more.
